I’ve seen this a few times. While I agree aspirations and resilience are important for everyone (& living in poverty for decades literally alters brain function)… there’s no way to solve mass poverty without addressing the root problems of our economic policies that create them.

It's public money that we spend. If the product / service is brilliant, why should anyone be shy or keen to gag critical feedback? Why won't suppliers want to know where improvements are needed?

Adding a related phenomenon: diagnosis of Bipolar Affective Disorder in 'independent' practice for clinical features that are better explained as EUPD & leaving NHS services to deal with the consequences/after care.

I should add that I'm not saying all this to be unkind. I'm saying this because NHS IT is in a parlous state and getting worse.

Safety in NHS IT is neglected in a way that would be a national scandal in the pharma or aviation.

It won't get better unless someone speaks up.
