Interesting study of Jynneos vaccine VE against clade 2 #mpox after 1 vs 2 doses (full doses, not the 1/5 fractionated doses in the U.S.) The vaccine worked quite well, seemingly as good/better w/ 1 dose vs 2 Will be great to see data on duration of immunity from these groups
