This is encouraging to see. In 1999, Labour launched the Rough Sleepers Unit, which reduced rough sleeping by 2/3 by 2001. By 2010, rough sleeping reached a record low. The number of families living in TA was more than halved between Q3 of 2005 and Q2 of 2010.
