I voted no. Why? I would have accepted 5% the pay rise, but the not the changes to SPA time. What are SPAs? It is the time that makes me a consultant, it is when I teach, research, innovate, improve my service and educate myself. The NHS needs SPAs bbc.co.uk/news/health-68…
