Rhiannon makes an interesting point - when NHS NE England enabled community-based VSOs to be #mentalhealth care providers, there was fear they wouldn't be able to cope. But they exceeded expectation + their recovery rates are higher than traditional providers. #FromPledgetoAction

Sarah Erskine adds: Inertia itself is discrimination. Think about your capacity to be antiracist within these systems. Be disruptive in these power structures. Challenge the inequalities in power that have caused + contributed to what we're trying to change. #FromPledgetoAction
