I’m at #CRIS2024 rather than #Redux2024 this week but sorry to miss this keynote from Amina Shah. Her talk seems to touch on many of the same themes as Richard Ovenden’s Burning the Books which I’m midway through reading - highly recommended
Dunne has concerns about some OA mandates making OA publishers' problem to solve; we need to change the conversation to incorporate discussion of the costs of making them happen, rather than just accepting them.
