A treat to be back at Canon Slade School and see so many friends and former pupils in Legally Blonde! Really touched by how many pupils came up and wanted to say hi! Great to watch, but i was itching to be in the band again! Canon Slade Year 9 ✨ Canon Slade Y10 Canon Slade Year 10 CanonSladeSixthForm
Great coffee and catch up Emma-Jayne Lloyd-Hepden - my inimitable safeguarding lead (and expert voice of reason when I'm in a flap)! Things would be a lot harder without her wealth of knowledge/expertise, plus of course her wide range of snacks!
Congratulations to our Chiltern Academy Book Battle team for winning this afternoon!📚🏆 Well done to team Lea Manor High School who proudly represented their school!
We are incredibly proud of the Year 7 & 8 pupils that completed the UK Maths Challenge! You have done an amazing job representing yourselves and the school, well done! We eagerly await their results which will arrive in the coming weeks. UK Maths Trust

Today was a big day for our Year 8's as it was the First Give Final! All our classes gave fantastic presentations and have done excellent work for all of their chosen charities. It was definitely a tough choice for our judges, including special guest Councillor Robert Roche
A real pleasure presenting CPD on classroom culture + passive learning to English. Grateful to be part of such a forward thinking dept Nour Mlaouhi Mr Iqz Klaudia Jablonska! Lots borrowed from Lisa Miller🇺🇦. - which turbocharged my practice as an NQT and I still swear by as a HoY!
Thank you so much Class 82 Lea Manor High School for working so hard on your project and winning the top prize of £1000 First Give for Mind BLMK. Your prize money will make such a difference for so many young people. 👏👏👏
Real joy to be rehearsing with the Lea Manor High School choir - I loved playing the piano for them! Glad I quickly stopped by music just when they needed a pianist. Those moments where you just get to share and enjoy something with the pupils are always the highlight of the week.
Fab meeting with my Year Group Council reps. Mature conversations on key areas from pupils with a real desire to drive things forward for our year group/school. I am really looking forward to how their voice will help shape the Class of 2027 Lea Manor High School. They are remarkable!
Are you able to help us offer an enriching and engaging experience for our Year 10 pupils? Our pupils are hardworking, resilient and eager to learn. If you are able to offer a work experience place to our pupils, please email [email protected]
