Our latest where complex traits are complex with lots of loci associating and not with only additive effects. And additive loci are not always (often) the same as ones found to interact.

In experimental science good analyses respect the study's design; and good designs are those that support principled analyses and minimize assumptions. In other words, the study design and the analysis of resulting data should never be separated. They are essentially one thing.
