This is an incredible season! Really great programming and an artist line-up including Pappano, Rattle, Dudamel, Mällki, Roth, Noseda, Rustioni… and Mäkela - blimey!

This was absolutely tremendous. And a fitting tribute to David Nield, who died earlier this year - his 37 years as DoM of Tiffin School and 27 at All Saints Church established something very special in state education. Congratulations to James Day for developing this so superbly!

I first conducted the John Passion 33 years ago in the Sheldonian Theatre with the University College, Oxford (Univ) chorus & orchestra.
