Interpretation: one size does not fit all. Refer to the scientific statement algorithm. Prefer AC in high AIS risk groups but low🩸 risk & limit to 30 days (no more than 90 days) if doing so. AP in low risk groups or high🩸risk. Prefer DAPT > SAPT. ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/ST…
