Een apart gedeelte in het bestaande laboratorium van het Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam is omgebouwd tot biobrandstoffenlab. Daar testen medewerkers nu al verschillende biologische afvalresten voor de nieuwe biobrandstoffenfabriek.
