Dissenting نوٹ کی اتنی ہی اہمیت ہوتی ہے کہ وہ dissent ہوتا ہے، اصل فیصلہ اکثریتی فیصلہ ہوتا ہے،اگر بنچ میں تیرہ ججز تھے اور آٹھ ججز نے اکثریتی فیصلہ کیا تو فیصلہ تیرہ ججز کا کہلائے گا اور وہی اکثریتی فیصلہ مانا جائےگا۔ Minority ججز کا تو کوئی فیصلہ نہیں ہوتا۔۔۔ ماہر قانون عابد
