We have just published Lighthouse v3.2.1.

This is a patch-release for v3.2.0 to address a performance regression.

The regression was an ~80ms increase in block import times which may affect attestation performance.

⚠️ There is an issue with the --strict-fee-recipient flag in Lighthouse preventing block production ⚠️

It is an optional flag separate to the *unaffected* --suggested-fee-recipient flag.

All using the flag should remove it and restart their VC.
