A huge thank you to the team ⁦Imperial NHS 💙⁩ for making me so welcome yesterday. It was a stark reminder that not all SDECs are created equal, and that patient focused ‘floor rounds’ can transform lives as well as flow. I haven’t smiled that much at work in a long time 💙
