Spot when my calf went “pop”! Thanks to crowd on Tower Bridge who kept me going. Thanks to St John Ambulance crew at mile 13 who couldn’t remember where nearest station was (I was about to quit) and thanks Paul and his wife at mile 17 for painkillers! I did it. 3:52 😅
