Physician efficiency has very little impact on ED patient throughout. Other organisational & system factors have a much greater effect such as availability of support staff / speed of investigations / speed of consults / availability of discharge pathways.

The team did a great job getting me into the right places. We made sure that the EM voice is heard loud and clear. #resuscitateemergencycare
