Enormous news for the ACT community. UK’s NICE guidelines (the toughest of the tough despite their name) now recommends ACT or CBT for chronic pain! Wow 😀. No other psychosocial methods (relaxation, biofeedback, mindfulness, psychotherapy, etc) made it. nice.org.uk/guidance/ng193…
