anti-aliasing with solid stroke and fill

and i can probably speed things up by writing curve intersections for rows + columns into the grid instead of looping over each grid cell to calculate intersections for rows * columns tests

everything works pretty well for stroke and fill now except for this letter t

spent about 2 days getting the coordinate remapping to work so the lookup texture would be as square as possible to pack more data in no matter what the grid geometry is like
