TheLiverDoc A clarification: an organ is allotted to foreigner only when there is no willing Indian in the waitlist in any State. Allotment is by NOTTO, an organisation of GOI. NOTTO allotment is always after due diligence and care. So please ask NOTTO/GOI if you still doubt the process.
