4/8 ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ We believe that such false neg results are due to the low resolution of the cis-regulatory element (CRE) map. Using #singlecell #multiome, we built a genome-wide macrophage CRE map, linked 121 CAD risk variants to 56 genes, and revealed an AP-1-centered regulatory network!
