Lille - a super lovely old town centre but OMG, bollards everywhere! IMHO the area should be pedestrian, w retractable bollards allowing logistics (early/late), disabled people's cars, and residents under strict conditions (e.g. moving house, specific time slot) #CitiesForPeople
