Then Check the Bio of Virat Kohli, Ratan Tata, and Ronaldo!

Your worth isn’t your Bio or Titles! It’s who you are; and the value you add to the world.

The day you make yourself comfortable with other’s success, you sign up for inner peace.

I let my team do whatever they want.

If you really want to give something to your team as a resource, give them freedom. Because this freedom will provide them with immense power to be creative.

At 19, I Dropped CA and switched to civil services,
At 21, Dropped UPSC,
The early 20s: I was clueless about what to do

Was that a failure?

For my younger self: Yes!

But now: Not at all. Those were the lessons.
