3 🔑 steps in blocking properly 1) Get to a proper stance 2) Glove down to the spot (has to hit ground) 3) Body follows & glove is deep ⚾️ 🥎 ALL of these are important and they all have to work in order to accomplish a good block... BUT #2 is typically the hardest to repeat
