In a deregulated market, fuel prices are determined by fx availability. Recent flunctuations in fuel price is owing to fx scarcity. Wit Dangote on board & crude sale to it in Naira, importation will stop, fx saved &Naira will stabilize. At the end of it all, Nigeria(ns) will win!
