I'm at a loss as to why Iarnród Éireann are allowed to charge extra for a 'flexible fare' when it is NOT flexible. Once you print the ticket, you cannot change the time. And the return journey is printed on one ticket. Poor service to the customer that has paid extra for FLEXIBILITY.
