Check for response. If no response, check carotids 1001, 1002...., 1006 for not more than 10 secs. If no pulse start CPR. You don't go for leg raise & make a differential of neurogenic shock. Dr Ganesh Srinivasa Prasad (మోడి కుటుంబం) did exactly what was needed to be done.
