Twenty years ago, I played two nights at a little space in Perth called The Camelot. I called the show Die Kabaret. A few months later, I adjusted the show, called it “Dark Side”, and started referring to it as “comedy”. Right choice, in hindsight.

You may remember that on my 2020 album apart together there is a song called Leaving LA. I am very fond of the song but I am especially fond of the music video that was made by my genius friend Tee Ken Ng. Here is a little behind the scenes clip from a doco about us and the song.

This is lovely! Groundhog Day won Best Musical at the Olivier Awards 6yrs ago, and now our remount is up for a gong!
