Big thanks to the fabulous Ada Villatoro at Ada Villatoro, who reached out to me asking who could use many delicious quesadillas that had been prepared for 300 people at an event that had been cancelled. Chef Gary & Manny Hidalgo at Shepherd's Table were happy to serve them!
