Great Grand Rounds case by F1 Tiffany Gardner! The patient presented with subacute cough, progressive shortness of breath, and previously lived in a country with high tuberculosis prevalence. Dr. Gardner discussed the challenges that eventually led to a diagnosis of pleural TB.

What an honor to have Dr. Robert Brown, a leader and legend in our division, share his reflections on his career for Grand Rounds. Dr. Brown shared many stories and lessons and left us with a final challenge: to keep MGH a great community with providers who feel part of a team.
