computerweekly.com/news/366581672… Superb piece by Karl Finders in Computer Weekly on the evidence given by the profoiundly irritating and deeply cynical duplicitously dissembling POL lawyer Rodric Williams.

Nigel Bennett The Bar Council The BSB has conducted a review of the conduct of Warwick Tatford and other Post Office Horizon prosecuting barristers. Their view is that no Inquiry evidence ‘indicates that any members of the Bar present an ongoing risk to the public’. That ‘concludes [their] consideration’.

When is the time for the Post Office to be removed from the redress schemes ?Kevin Hollinrake MP Liam Byrne MP

Is this now not enough evidence, and frightening evidence at that.?

The corruption and total neglect for legal duties is obvious and THIS man runs the redress schemes…

“14000 ‘new Kels’ but not requested by the claimants”. I went to Fujitsu, saw the relevance of KEL’s then formally asked for disclosure of them. Some were disclosed. PO are never going to get away with suggesting they were not requested.

As Lee Castleton says here . These crooks need removing totally from the redress or compensation schemes

In what world does the Post Office think it acceptable that this bumbling fool to decide how much compensation is given when he clearly has shown his disregard for law and…

Great news for those who used capture .

Hudgell Solicitors and Neil Hudgell himself doing amazing work behind the scenes to get things done.

Is this more cover ups, lies and known errors by the Post Office .. it certainly looks like it

For me it was 17 years ago that Post Office took everything from me , for others longer.

This is the reality of the financial redress that is happening on the ground.

Lots of words from those at the top but very little movement.

This is unfair and it’s cruel

They could not be bothered to read the reports. Highly paid and highly incompetent.

This was our lives you ruined. Had you done you job as you paid to do it . People would not have been ruined and imprisoned.

So strange seeing my name in the news again this week. Remember for me this was 2 decades ago. The thing to remember is - this proves the PO knew Horizon was faulty back then, yet continued to ruin lives, and still haven’t paid recompense to most.

That’s all I’m going to say.

This is why the post office scandal happened … people choosing not to do their jobs.

Had they ( lots of them ) done what they were paid millions to do, hundreds of people would not have been ruined.

Absolutely corrupt to the core . Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry Karl Flinders
