We were delighted to welcome Gerry Shannon for a well researched and facinating talk on Liam Lynch in March.
General Liam Lynch was one of the most important republican leaders of the Irish revolutionary period. and Gerry's talk gave great insight into his life and importance.

The Fingal Old IRA Commemorative Society 1916-1921 Exhibition continues today in the Pop Up Museum adjacent to the Central Bar Balbriggan today 12 to 4pm.

My thanks so much for the immense warm welcome from Balbriggan Hist Soc last night and for giving me an opportunity to tell Liam Lynch's story to an audience in Fingal. (Far from Liam's home, but much closer to mine!) Some brilliant, well-thought questions from those attending too.
