Five years ago, John was warned by clinicians that he may never be able to fully walk again.

However, this year, he walked from John O’Groats to Land’s End, a distance of over 1,200 miles and has raised over £58,000 for us!

Did you know that we only airlift a minority of our patients to hospital? 🚁​

In most cases our advanced trauma team will stabilise the patient on scene and accompany them by land ambulance to the nearest Major Trauma Centre with London Ambulance Service 🚑
