I am repeatedly amused by university professors who are the first to point out that mathematics education professor is not a mathematics professor, but have no problem chiming in on K to 12 math Ed. with zero credentials/background in that domain.

Notice that anyone for cellphone bans never thinks its important to ask the people whose phones are being taken away. Should kids--all of us--being less on our phones? 100%.
But, let's also remember school sucks for many kids.

Banning cellphones is such a lazy move to preserve institutional relevance--when there is barely any left. Cellphone usage/dependence is complex, but one of the variables is that school is boring. My daughter just said so, the engagement factor is higher with her cellphone.

Maybe if school wasn't so boring, kids might not be on their phones as much. I saw many teachers on their phones during staff meetings. So, more of the 'Do as I say, not as I do' mentality. The core of why kids are using their cellphones isn't being addressed by education.

There you have it. In Writing. The biggest loser on the planet. Elon Musk.

They only want to separate/divide--and profit off of that. Jewish people, like all people, are not a monolith. And full of people who champion human rights--regardless of their background/color of skin.
