The Tata-Tory bad deal for steel saw the UK Govt hand £500m to Tata, who are making up to *9,500* steelworkers & supply chain contractors redundant.

So what conditions did the UK Govt ask Tata to sign up to on preserving jobs, in exchange for £500m?

The Welsh Secretary has said 'no one will be left behind' if jobs are lost. I will hold him to account every step of the way.

2800 steelworkers in Aberavon have given their all to an industry underpinning our economy & security, yet face losing their jobs - as is true of thousands more contractors in supply chain.
