For Memorial Day weekend, I am remembering Capt. John Tinsley. He was a green beret who died in 2009 in Afghanistan serving his country. He was also my high school classmate. I think about him often but especially this weekend.

Man, I’ve never seen anyone who celebrates his own ineffectiveness of 12 years of being a senator on the most powerful committee in the State.
