1/ Excited to share our JAMA Network Open piece of our analysis of Lactation Policies at 50 US Schools of Medicine: jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman… Despite improvements in support for lactating physicians returning-to-work, we have a long way to go at institutions throughout the country.

Honestly, we Journal of Hospital Medicine try very hard to make this the case. It's not easy and takes time, but our goal is to help you make the work better - even if it isn't published in our journal.

I was recently asked to give a short presentation on my work accomplishments. My final slide ended with a summary of my most important roles: Dad and husband.
