Nicotine experiment today. Had very mild PEM this wk from trying a 3km slow walk. The PEM was dragging along so I thought I’d try go up to 14mg NP to see if that helped. Answer: it did not. Way too strong for me, woozy, lightheaded, switched back to 10.5mg after 2hrs, crashed 🙄

1 month off enoxaparin update: all ok! Have had mild PEM trying to walk 3km. Made that PEM much worse by messing with my nicotine dosage. So.. lessons learned! Started taurine which I think is going well. Reduced metformin to 250mg bid as think I was getting hypos. #LongCovid

DEXA scan shows mild osteopenia in spine. Could be from 9months enoxaparin, though am sure combining that with a couple of years mostly in bed/no exercise is not helpful. Disappointed but at least the enoxaparin has me out walking again so a means to an end. Thanks #LongCovid
