In this meta-analysis, running was associated with:
27% ⬇️risk of all cause mortality
30% ⬇️risk of CV mortality
23% ⬇️ risk of cancer mortality

Even the smallest doses of running (1x/wk, <50min/wk, slower paces) were associated with a significant ⬇️ in all cause mortality
