Brilliant work by Roy Hajjar, Manuela Santos, Emmanuel Gonzalez and the team published in Gut! dx.doi.org/10.1136/gutjnl… The Faecal Matter Transplant sanity check was a fun idea, with all the hard work definitely done by Emmanuel Gonzalez #fmt #microbiome

Proud of our 2 new contributions published in Nature Communications and American Chemical Society ACS Chem. Biol., where we use FACS to sort gut bacteria that interact with fluorescent glycans in human microbiota samples. We now want to use this method to begin to understand the mechanism by which prebiotic glycans have their beneficial effect on the human host. Thanks to all involved and especially our collaborators Emmanuel Gonzalez and Corinne Maurice
Check out a great new method article Nature Communications led by Bastien Castagner and Corinne Maurice labs: tracking bacteria by their favorite food 🧐 Quite proud to see ANCHOR pipeline performing so devilishly well. Cheers! #microbiome McGill University MI4 nature.com/articles/s4146…
Super stoked to be invited @ 7pm to talk at CBC/Radio-Canada's top science radio program: moteur de recherche. Looking forward to discuss with Matthieu Dugal about our contribution to #Fibromyalgia research with Amir Minerbi Arkady Khoutorsky Nicholas Brereton . MI4 McGill University
