Meetings with Andrew Gilligan were often... fiery on both our sides. He was Mayor BoJo's cycling commissioner when I joined London Cycling Campaign. There's some stuff we decidedly didn't agree on. But his points here on council delivery, funding & next steps for Louise Haigh are spot on!...
Great news for these areas & again class leading action from #WFMiniHolland Labourstone & Grace Williams putting in #SchoolStreets inside LTNs rather than using one as proxy for other & extending such schemes to secondary schools not just primary.
