On September 3, 2024, Aamonte Hadley, an individual in custody at County Jail #2, was discovered unresponsive. Medical staff began immediate life-saving measures. Unfortunately, Ms. Hadley passed away. The SF Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed contact with the Hadley family.
