Thought experiment: imagine being told, a decade ago, that in 2024 parliament would pass primary legislation declaring that Rwanda (and only Rwanda) is a safe country, and being asked to come up with a reason why it might do that.

'You need to buy the ad space to make people report that you’re buying the ad space.'

This analysis gives a coherent explanation for what's going on, which is a rare bonus on these times and worth having IMO. The slight downside is that what's going on is absolutely stone mad.
