The Residential Tenancy Bill has passed meaning students will not have to pay rent for their accommodation outside of the academic term! The Fianna Fáil bill ensures student accommodation will follow the traditional Sept - May academic year 👇

Through Housing for All Focus Ireland and Dublin City Council have turned a once derelict site into homes for families and individuals. The homes are located on Prussia Street and were built using sustainable modern methods of construction!

Sinn Féin’s housing plan will take longer, cost more and deliver less. Housing for All has delivered more than 110,000 new homes and every week 500 first time buyers are drawing down mortgages. Sinn Féin want to scrap this progress and all support for home buyers.
