Today in Dáil I read out the words of Mark Frazer, whose sister Thelma was one of the 48 who never came home from the stardust. This day was the fruit of their long struggle but they never should have been made wait for 43 years for truth and justice.

I will be speaking around 4pm today, calling on the government to truly listen to the Stardust families and ensure that their struggle for justice is realised.

After 40 years of justice denied, 40 years of campaigning by the #Stardust families - it’s a travesty it took this long but finally some Justice & Truth for the 48 who never came home.

The government have created a housing crisis and refuse to do anything to address it.

Next Tuesday, Raise the Roof will be having a national demonstration outside the Dáil demanding secure and affordable hosing for all.
