Let's talk about duty. Disabled people do not have a duty to work unsuitable jobs. Let's get that clear. The government *does* have a duty to not dehumanise the million disabled people who want to work but are denied the chance. It’s a duty the government is failing on 🧵 1/7

This sets how much energy companies "can" charge, i.e. are allowed to, but surely not obliged to. With bumper profits beyond comprehension, it beggars belief that British Gas, in a time of untold financial struggles across society, are choosing to increase prices. Diegwyddor.

In 2009, S4C current affairs series ‘Taro 9’ interviewed Alan Bates about the Post Office scandal. While lesser known, Welsh-medium broadcaster S4C was *way* ahead of the curve. His excoriating interview is worth digesting. Get the full story on iPlayer.

Surely I can't be the only man in the UK who's XS and is increasingly irritated at shops like FatFace Crew Clothing White Stuff who offer that size but *never* have them available in their high street shops! I don't want to order online and return to store if it doesn't fit.

I know we've just totally lost the war on this, but I still think playing music, a video or having a conversation on speaker phone for more than like a hot second, in an enclosed public space is a huge sign of anti-social tendencies.

10,000 anti fascist punks are in Blackpool for Rebellion Festival. Safe to say the little Tommy lads misjudged this, like most of their pitiful life decisions. They ran away. Moral of the story: Don’t fuck with punks, they hate the far right.

Had a fab time at Museum of Somerset on Saturday. Some really fascinating exhibits, and I must say the volunteer on the top floor (Nicky?) was amazing. So knowledgeable and friendly! Her passion for history was infectious 🤩 Hope to visit again soon.
