More evidence that antipsychotics do not fix pts w delirium in the ICU. They *may* be safer sedatives than benzos for agitated patients, but nothing more. Unfortunately, “treatments” for delirium remain tough: fix underlying, sleep, mobility, etc.

Sports-related cardiac arrest in Paris ⚽️🇫🇷

Incidence remained stable (95% men, mean age 50y)

➡️ 3x increase in survival from 24% (2005-06) to 67% (2017-18)
➡️ bystander CPR 95% and AED use 29% in 2018!
