Rather than increasing urinary pH, iSGLT2 have been shown to decrease U-pH. (ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…) This is also what I have noticed in my clinical practice. This may make them particularly relevant for preventing calcium-phosphate urinary stones
