Tennessee State University celebrated the unveiling of the Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands exhibit at the the NMAAM. The Grammy award-winning band continues to break barriers, build legacy, and pay homage to the enduring spirit and triumphs of African American people.

This past week band students from Cane Ridge participated in the Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands high school band camp. Yesterday they put on a EXCELLENT performance. We are so proud of them! Cane Ridge HS Music Makes Us Metro Schools

Had an absolutely amazing time at the FIRST #Juneteenth celebration at the The White House! It was surreal to be on the White House lawn celebrating the end of slavery in America. So proud of Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands, & Fisk Jubilee Singers®! We truly are our ancestors wildest dreams!

It was an amazing moment for Tennessee State University Aristocrat of Bands as they performed at the The White House’s first-ever Juneteenth celebration. Members graced the stage to give the crowd a taste of HBCU flavor. It was an evening celebrating community, culture and music hosted by Joe Biden and Jill Biden .
