The 8-14 day forecast calls for temps near average with the outlook for precip being dry.

The first part of the week is warm inland but some significant cooling will take place before the weekend.

Another trough rolls into the PacNW this week, this will keep onshore flow going and it will cool the interior the second half of the week.

Inland temps back into the 80s Tuesday while most coastal areas should be in the 60s much of the day.

Near the coast night and morning marine clouds with afternoon clearing is again the order of the day...more mild to cool conditions there with interior areas much warmer.

The weekend will feature mild conditions due to a lot of marine presence. Next week inland temps come back to the 80s but not much change at the coast with more marine influence due to generalized onshore flow.

Town and temps for Saturday. Cuyama could hit 80 but I think most places will be much cooler.

I don't see any rain in the models but I will agree with the Climate Prediction Center that the 8-14 does look generally cool with a series of troughs and onshore flow dominating weather in The West.
