At age 22, Millicent joined PEPFAR's DREAMS initiative and began training to become an ophthalmic technician while simultaneously learning how to protect herself from HIV/AIDS. She now runs her eye-care clinic in Kisumu. This is her story: pepfarkenya.mypixieset.com/Millicent/
